  • Small Business VOIP - VOIP Newbie

    Hi All,
I hope to learn a lot and hopefully contribute to this forum.
My company is moving to a new office. We are about 20 people with only 1 single location.
In order to keep our phone number, we are considering VOIP.

Is VOIP appropriate for a single location company or is it mostly for companies with multiple locations?

    That said....
I'm torn between RingCentral and 8x8.

I'm also wondering if 150mbps up/down internet is appropriate. We are not a call center and rarely have more than 2 or 3 people on the phones at a time.

    Thank you for your input!!

Voip is great for any size business from a single line to thousands. Voip uses very little bandwidth so 150mps can handle more calls than you will ever make at a single time.

Our company is a manufacturer of VoIP with well-equipped testing devices and strong technical force.

Even if they are at multiple location or single location . They can use a single VOIP account to connect with multiple IP phones or VOIP applications.
