We are seeking for a reliable and quality VoIP solution, that will make us capable of offering the following services to our clients.

It can either be onsite or hosted solution.


Provide Device 2 Phone (Such as vonage) with all features such as missed call and balance display on the device
Provide Pc 2 Phone (Preferably SIP compliant)
Ability to connect the existing client PBX into our network so corporate clients can route their international calls via our network
Prepaid/Postpaid billing capablities
Ip to Ip calling
Web based administration for clients to check cdr / online payment
Inter-branching capability enabling us to network several client offices worldwide and interconnecting them to our network so they can make free ip to ip calls within the network
Ability to select our own termination provider. Easy way to add/change/delete termination providers
Least cost routing
A console that can manage everything with a ease with reseller and end user control panels
DID (we should be able to provide our clients with virtual numbers so they can receive incoming calls ) ( We should also be able to charge these on a minute basis)
Fully scalable solution as we expect our clientele to expand fast.

Since this is going to be a startup, we are looking for a LOW COST solution, but not neccesarily a compromise with quality. We are looking forward to start small and gradually increase the capacity as we grow.

In addition to this, we are also looking for a-z termination for our ITSP services. We are ONLY seeking for QUALITY providers who can provide worldwide coverage, with competitive rates. Since, this is for our consumer offering, we are looking for most competitive rate providers, without compromise in quality. Preferably a provider with tier 1 & tier 2 interconnects.
