Tmcnet Press Release about Solution4VOIP
Solution4VOIP, Inc., a US based company which targeting European, Middle Eastern and African phone customers with VoIP and “Pay As You Go” services, expects to close its acquisition of VoipSwitch by the end of this calendar year.
Sajjad Khan, president and chairman of the company said it entered into a non-binding agreement to acquire VoipSwitch for a combination of cash and stock totaling $3 million on the 20th of October. He also said that, becoming a telecom ‘reseller’ was an exhaustive, expensive and time consuming proposition, undertaken mainly by the experienced and technically minded people.
The company has simplified this procedure to a very fine art, offering an all in one VoIP services management platform, Khan said. Its Web-based solutions enable clients, which already number in excess of 700 re-sellers, to streamline monitoring and administration services to better serve customers.
A key feature of the system is that it scales for growth, an attractive feature for companies that are increasing their client base. A broad spectrum of services covers the demanding features of current communication standards.
$550,000 is the approximate annual revenue of VoipSwitch for selling and maintaining licenses. Solution 4VOIP aims to increase VoipSwitch’s bottom line through a marketing campaign including Telecom exhibitions. VoipSwitch is looking forward to closing this acquisition and leveraging by cross selling its various products, ultimately offering one-stop shopping for VoIP services.
