how we can pass this problem without VPN ? i heard there is some way to pass it without VPN ...

Our products support these two ways

1 By vpn
our products build in vpn client . L2TP client , Open vpn client .
So just build a L2TP server or Open vpn server .

2 By rtp sip encerption
build special firmware for special voip system . and make the rtp stream to be UDP packets

These two way , end user do not need doing anything .
