Default philips 841 problem with wag200g

Please i need help from all experts here to give me the best feedback

At first i have

1-philips voip841 1b/37
2-linksys WAG200G Adsl wireless modem
3-Adsl Service

when i connect the base to power supply also connect the ethernet cable to modem for first 10 second the two leds in the RJ45 with green color after that the handset seems to be work first message appear ( system is starting up ) after 2 second new message appear ( searching please wait ) and no thing happend after that , and the ethernet leds in modem and base give me green color each 2 seconds , finally the handset give message (out of range please check base power ).

finally , i don't know what i can do , if any one help me please.......
