I realize this is a late reply but are you using inband dialing for services that are for out of band? If you use DTMF mode it may not work on Auto mode with your VoIP carrier.

the new voip is the right choice for your problem
The ability of voip to transmit more than one telephone call over the same broadband connection. This can make VoIP a simple way to add an extra telephone line to a home or office.
Only an Internet connection is needed to get a connection to a VoIP provider. For instance, call center agents using VoIP phones can work from anywhere with a sufficiently fast and stable Internet connection.
thede features ensures the traffic free low cost data transfer.
