I am the network administrator for a not for profit organization and we currently use a norstar plus mics with startalk flash nam sytem with 25 extensions. We have a number of contract secretaries that I need to have external extension numbers. I want to use voip technology completely but my question is, Is this a huge undertaking or is there a way to use part of what we have and just add VoIP capabilities? I really would appreciate all the help and information I can get so I can make an appropriate proposal.
