Default Problems with incoming calls with Linksys 2102: SOS!

After things running smoothly for some time, for over the last two weeks incoming calls ring and I do see the caller display. But when I pick up the phone, dead air is all there is. Nothing. The call goes to voicemail.

My provider has gone by remote over my Linksys 2102 ATA settings and say there is nothing wrong.
I can make outgoing calls and surf the web with no problems.

Of course I have powered off the reset the modem (Speedtouch 516) which then is connected to the Linksys. Both are newly purchased.

Anyone know of a setting that may be blocking the incoming calls? Or anything else to troubleshoot?
