Capacity is unlimited amounts. Just need 24 hour notice to put 5 DS3’s or more up at a time (Can put up 2 DS3’s right ways and then 24 hour notice to add more after that)

PDD 200ms (Two Hundred Milliseconds)
ALOC- Call will not be terminated until they have been up for 24 hours- Max calls have been 6 hours
