A gentlman going by the name of Bilal from a company called QIX Comm is posing as a real voip company. He allows you to send traffic without prepay, then once he sucks you in, his routes stop working and he blames his providers. Then he asks you for routes that he can sell while waiting on his routes to be restored, runs up minutes and then disappears. If you are able to get in contact with him by other maes (he blocks you from all IM programs once he screws you) he will only promise to pay you on Thursday, that he is out of country. Problem is, he does not have a country, he is always on the run. Regards...
