the big pro is cost. it's free voip to voip and cheap to phones.

the big con is interminent quality.

In all respects, cost is the biggest reason to use VoIP.
VoIP service usually comes with more features at no extra cost, whereas with PSTN you pay extra for every little feature.
I also like VoIP because it is easy to switch between using on my PC with a headset, or switch to a regular phone plugged into my VoIP ATA.

On the down side, VoIP can be plagued with many technical issues: firewalls, routers, ATA's, softphones, configurations, poor customer service from VSP's, ISP's, and hardware/software vendors.
It helps to have some tech savvy when using voip...

Default Voip pros & cons
VoIP service frequently comes with extra skin tone at no extra charge. It has a lot of quilts. We can use it in a simply way .It is not so expensive.
