Hello Friends,

I have just joined this forum and so please pardon me if I break any rules by posting this question here.

Since the last one month, I am constantly being bugged by a person who is calling me from a 9 digit phone number. The strange part of it is that sometimes the number is prefixed by +966 [country code of Saudi Arabia] and sometimes it is prefixed by +91 [India] The number remains the same but the country code keeps on changing. I had contacted my mobile service provider and have blocked 11 such numbers but this guy seems to have access to multiple such numbers.

I think that such a call is from any VoIP system or something like that...do you guys have any idea as to from where such a call can be made. I am looking for an answer to this desperately.
