Default Linksys

I have got very little information about VoIP
Want to get some info about this product

Linksys.com - Partners/Service Provider Products/Voice Adapters/SPA8000

Is this product for a call centre ?

If this producted is implemented in a outbound call centre, some one told me that there are RJ-45 ports on the hardphones , and this product offers the RJ-11 ports . Is this product for a call centre ? well it is because the web says "Solid in design, the SPA8000 is an affordable solution that is ideally suited for use in business and consumer VoIP service offerings including call centers and multi-dwelling environments."

please help me
we need to configure a call center with almost 15-20 softphones ( i.e. through windows operating systems ) and 15-20 hardphones .
If this is the senerio will this product help us ?

Hi,

This probably isn't for you, since it only has an 8-port Ethernet switch.

I would assume that you would want a hard phone (handset) that is IP based.

I have personally used Cisco / Asterisk (FREE) / or Epygi and they are all good for your application.

If you need more help, just msg me.

Thanks!
