There are plenty of free access numbers floating between mobile phone users in UK, using access numbers, mobile phone users can make free internation calls using the cross network minutes.
Does any one help me to understand how does this works? what and how does these companies make money, how does they charge the mobile phone operators?
I want to enter in to this market..
