I would like to know about what basically is calling card? And is it using for to reduce call rates?
Can help me regarding the feature of the calling card?

These days VOIP is well-known device in the world. VOIP providers permit you to call anywhere in the world, at a flat rate for a fixed number of minutes. Calling cards are nothing but prepaid card, pay the money before use the VOIP device.

Now instead of chatting you can also talk on line with VOIP.
All the talking sites uses this Voice On Internet Protocol only.

VOIP means voice over Internet Protocol. They are actually Calling cards and also very cheap. The cost depends upon the time and the country.
