I recently sent a voip adapter to my grandparents overseas, its a Linksys SAP2102 its been working fine until The provider made changes to service in the last month, these changes requires configuring the adapter.
I would like to know if it was possible for me to configure adapter from my location "remotely", and the adapter overseas.
any help would be kindly appreciated.
